Aurora Workspace is created to provide dynamic, adaptable, motivating and inspiring environment, methods and tools where togetherness and interaction is used to design and create new perspectives for business growth. Aurora Workspace fits the changing needs of the work and supports users throughout the creative process.
Aurora Workspace is more than just a meeting room or just another work method or group of industry professionals. It involves several domains – environment, information (deep know-know), people (stakeholders at all levels), and process (patented collaboration methods) – combined and field tested over 30 years in diverse notable business cases. Applications have included the turnaround, merger and development projects of large businesses (for instance UniCredit or Boeing); the repositioning of products and business models (Seagate); complex technical and social character projects (Nasa, Columbia University); the development of new products (3M, E&Y) and the implementation of high impact multiplayer work organisations (World Economic Forum).
Aurora Workspace is located in the heart of Riga Old town. We have created a local "think alike" community bringing together start-up community TechHub, Nordic Council of Ministers' Norden, the well known restaurant 3 Pavari (3 chefs) into one house, creating an iconic collaborative environment branded Nordic House. This collaboration offers food experiences, a creative business start-up focus and rich ecosystem of connections to key companies and diplomatic partnerships.
