How the company should be prepared to become investable?

21. aprīlis no plkst. 19:30 līdz 21:30, BIROJNĪCĀ ( Dzirnavu iela 84-k2)

Gilad has 25 years of investment banking experience and despite founding only one company he sees himself as a full time entrepreneur. His favourite philosophical subjects are failure and how one cannot learn from it and self awareness. Gilad strongly believes that every one should understand their weaknesses and focus their work with their strength. He also believes that there are very few real entrepreneurs out there and yet he is keen to help everyone who is willing to try.

After failing to run his own (very) ambitious startups Gilad decided to dedicate his talent to working with technology companies and give them investment banking services. Together with his partner, Eran Aloni, they founded Nine ten Capital which is an exclusive investment banking boutique based in Berlin helping entrepreneurs to raise equity, debt growth and managing their exits.

In his talk, Gilad will discuss the dos and don’t dos during the fund raising process, he will ask you whether you really need the money and will explain investors’ way of thinking and how the company should be prepared to become investable.
