Public Speaking Workshop #197 - Stress

The Riga Toastmasters Club invites first-time guests and club members to Public Speaking and Leadership Workshop!

Wherever you look, you'll find people stressed out - about their work, social life and many other topics. This meeting will be devoted to understanding the causes of stress - both in public speaking and beyond. In addition, we'll look at ways how we could try to manage and diminish stressful situations.

The meeting will consist of prepared and improvised speeches, as well as several leadership roles. A Toastmasters meeting is a "learning-by-doing workshop", there are no instructors at Toastmasters meetings. Instead, members evaluate one another’s presentations and offer suggestions for improvement. This feedback process is a vital part of the program’s success.

Registration: No prior registration required!
